Templates Updated - Version 1.2

The templates have been updated to provide additional clarifications on instructions. If you are already using version 1.0 or version 1.1 and have entered data, you do not need to switch to the new version. However, you should closely review the ACTS Template changelog for version 1.2 (DOCX) for updates to allowable values for fields.

Additionally, the template and aggregator script now allow for blank values for sex if your institution did not collect sex but did collect gender. Blank records for sex will be omitted from analysis.

Templates Updated - Version 1.1

The templates have been updated to clarify instructions. The current version is 1.1. You can download the updated templates from each Academic Year page or from the Templates page.

If you are already using version 1.0 and have entered your data, you do not need to switch to the new version. Except for the change noted below, the updates affect only the instructions, not the data fields.

• Version 1.1 removed "-1 Unknown" and "-3 Not Applicable" response options from the valid values column and the instructions column for Degree/certificate Program and Field of Study CIP for Graduate Admissions.
